OP&F Virtual retirement meetings

Nearing retirement and want to meet with someone from OP&F? While our member education area continues to host on-site interviews, virtual retirement meetings have become a popular option. An OP&F staff member can connect with a member and their spouse with their smart phone, tablet or computer.

If you have a virtual meeting scheduled, you will receive an email with your GoToMeeting link and appointment date and time on the day of your meeting. This also serves as an important reminder to keep your email address updated with OP&F.

Virtual appointments are offered because:

  • It’s an easy way to meet with a member of our team without traveling to Columbus;
  • Your spouse can join the meeting and you can even send a meeting link to your financial planner; and
  • GoToMeeting allows our team to review your documents with you and answer any questions that you might have.

    • OP&F has developed brief video instructions on how to access a video conference. To learn more about GoToMeeting, see the short videos on the Plan for Your Retirement page. A link to these videos is also included in the email sent to members confirming a retirement appointment.

    If preferred, in-person retirement meetings are still available call OP&F by calling Customer Service at 1-888-864-8363.
