1099-R forms mailed to members, posted to OP&F Member Self-Serve

OP&F Members' IRS Form 1099-R are now available online and have also been mailed. The annual tax form was mailed to members on Jan. 27.

To view and print your form(s) online, select the Log In button to access your Member Self-Serve account. Once you are logged in, select Member Documents to view and print your year-end IRS Form 1099-R. The link to the 2024 Form 1099-R IRS Instructions For Recipient can be found under the Document Preferences folder.
