Update on Member Portal Information and Account Reconciliation
Valued Member,
First and foremost, I want to apologize to any member who has experienced difficulties during the first week of our transition to the new Member Portal. I understand how important your pension benefits, health care benefits, and DROP assets are to you and your family, and I sincerely regret the frustration and concern these issues may have caused.
As part of this transition, a data transfer was required to move information from our legacy system to the new platform. Because member transactions continue to occur every day, some information may not yet reflect recent activity while reconciliation continues.
While most members are using the system successfully, some account information may currently appear incomplete or outdated. Any discrepancies currently visible in the portal affect only the information being displayed and do not affect the actual benefits, elections, or assets on file. No member assets have been lost, and no member assets will be lost as a result of this transition.
We are actively reviewing reported issues, making corrections, and providing additional member resources and support.
We respectfully ask for your patience as we complete reconciliation and update account information. We expect this work to be substantially complete no later than November 15, 2026.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued trust. These display issues are the inevitable inconveniences large technology upgrades can create. They are temporary and we are working diligently to address them with all deliberate speed.
Respectfully,
Mary Beth Foley
Executive Director
