The Annual Change Period (ACP) for retirees and survivors enrolled in the OP&F sponsored health care plan will begin in September, when information concerning options and rates for 2005 will be mailed. If members wish to change information or enrollment options, the form enclosed with the mailing must be completed and returned to OP&F by October 29.
The Annual Change Period allows those already enrolled to select their health care options for the upcoming year, including medical, dental and vision plans and a prescription drug plan. The form is also used to update any personal information that may have changed. Unlike previous years, benefit recipients not wishing to make changes for the upcoming year do not need to return the form.
