OP&F Board of Trustees

The administration and responsibility for the operation of OP&F are vested in the members of the OP&F Board of Trustees. The Board members meet regularly to discuss investment, pension, disability, health care, finances, and other matters. Each year, the Board members elect a Chairman and Vice-Chair for a one-year period. The Chairman then appoints Board members to specific committees, which hold separate meetings. The Board members are not compensated for their service, but they are reimbursed for the necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties.
