New toll-free number allows members to leave message and call back number

In response to member requests, OP&F has installed an additional toll-free number that gives callers the opportunity to leave a message with their call back number, instead of waiting to speak to a customer service representative. The new number is 1-866-255-2975. An OP&F representative will return calls by the end of the next business day. Members can continue to call the regular toll-free number (1-800-860-9599) and wait to speak with a customer service representative.
