The Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund (OP&F) prides itself on our relationships with membership, the legislature, and also with those who do business with our organization. In an effort to preserve these business relationships, we want to remind you that Ohio�s ethics laws prohibit the acceptance of any gifts or gratuities from anyone who has a business relationship with OP&F. These prohibitions have been further amplified with the passage of Ohio Senate Bill 133.

As the holiday season approaches, we want to remind you that OP&F will not accept any gifts sent to OP&F Trustees or employees. Any gifts sent to OP&F, its Trustees or employees will be returned to the sender.
