If members who are enrolled in the OP&F�sponsored health care plan switched options within the carrier or selected a new carrier during the most recent Annual Change Period, they will receive a new insurance identification card by the end of January. If a new insurance identification card is not received, please call the insurance carrier�s customer service line.
